Default Purrs By Proxy for Wafflycat Please...

In another place, Wafflycat (Helen, a previous denizen of this
parish and slave to the one-eyed Mighty Huntress) reports that
she's having a surgical procedure on her knees next week
(Monday), which will hopefully allow her to return to cycling.
I'm sure she'd appreciate your purrs.

Thanks MatSav and all.
Much appreciated.

I'm off to horsespittle tomorrow to have my knees seen to. Scheduled as day
surgery, I'm hoping that I come out with nice inwardly smooth knees so I
become pain-free and can once again get back on my beloved bicycles and
become fit (ish) once more.

Helen, you must be glad you'll finally have this problem fixed.
I've known many people with painful knee problems, who could barely
alk, until they had surgery to repair (and in some cases, replace)
the knee. It must be really frustrating not to be able to go cycling.
I wish you luck, and my guys send you their purrs for a successful
outcome.

Well, lots of luck with that. You will be some pain for some time and let
no one tell you different.
You know, I get fed up with hospital trying to be nice and telling you your
operation might hurt too much.
It does.
