Sorry for the xpost, but I would do just about anything for this little
guy.

When you posted this very same post over in alt.pets.cats,
you were given several suggestions, plus, Matthew gave you
the contact information for a dozen or more animal organizations
in your area that could assist you. Are you serious about finding
the cat a home, or are you just trolling? What were the results
when you contacted the organizations whose names Matthew
gave you? Or would you rather just keep posting this same
drivel to see what, if any, you get for a response?

All those I listed even the ones in Tucson are on the active list of the cat
network. They haven't failed yet. Contact the Phoenix animal shelter they
are animal rescues and they might have more detailed list than me

Chalk make up your mind would you please. Driving people nuts one minute,
making someone smile the next. It is really hard to tell if you are
trolling or just out here doing your own thing. ;-) But that makes life
interesting

Sorry for the xpost, but I would do just about anything for this little

For the life of me I cannot figure out why some kind soul will not adopt
him, except that there were several interested that maybe objected to the
required home visit.

I am leaving the Country (and not coming back) and this little guy would
not travel well. That plus the many travel restrictions force me to find
him a good home.

He is a very good cat, smart, gentle, clean, affectionate. He does not
spray, or destroy and stays close to home.

His adorable pix is at: http://www.petsads.com/a_25681.html

Please email me at either: wh**ez**rr**731[at]ftml[dot]net and/or
wh**ee**zr**356[at]safe-mail[dot]net TAKE OUT THE *** and use correct
email symbols.

Thanks.

These organizations, imo, rarely are helpful. They usually have lots of
cats they are trying to place themselves. But I will report back if any
of them are helpful. I am going to contact some of them, but most were
in other cities. My guess is that it will be difficult to even get a
reply from them.

I am looking for a private good home, not replies from guys who really
have nothing helpful to say other than to criticize and flame. You must
be a very cynical person if you think I have nothing better to do that
post trolls on such serious matters.

shelter is the besat way to go, just by personal experience, you'll have
trouble finding a home for a 3 year old yourself.

best of luck to you and stinky

Are you SURE he can't travel, even if he would briefly hate it? It would be
a pain but it seems that it would be worth it.

Why can you not take your cat with you? Our cat Vino has travelled with
us from Canada to Thailand, to Malaysia to Australia. We wouldn't dream
of leaving him behind anywhere. Does he like travelling? Hell, no.
But what's 24 hours of discomfort compared to years and years with his
hoomins? The latest move was over a year ago and I'm sure he's
forgotten all about it already.
