From LeMonde (FR) we learn most African Americans do not have IDs to vote.
From LeMonde (FR) we and the rest of the world now learn that *most* of the 39 million African Americans do not have IDs to qualify to vote. In article titled: " Racisme, le retour des vieux démons" - Le Monde http://www.lemonde.fr/ameriques/arti...3558_3222.html How then blacks — famously — managed to influence, say, the outcome of the elections of 2008 and 2012 without IDs is not for Le Monde to explain. Nor do they mention that nobody, black or white, is preventing blacks from getting an ID, nor how easy it is to obtain a simple ID.
