Wow! Purrs are fast working.

They sure are I was astonished at *how* quickly, when nothing else
did. Thank you for your support, it is much appreciated.

You did it!!!!! Hobo's back!!! He had gotten down a storm drain.
Today is stormy and he got washed up somewhere. He's home now --
cold, sopping wet head to toe, voracious appetite, into a comfy spot
to sleep it off. Thank Bast he didn't drown or get whooshed out to
sea! We're laughing, crying, hugging, dancing, and feeling a
ton-and-a-half weight lifting. While he looks at us like "what's the
big deal?" We'll even get some sleep tonight. Maybe I was premature
in asking for purrs - three days isn't that long (some go missing
much longer ) - but to us it's an eternity. So thank you and your
kitties for the purrs and good wishes - you're the *greatest*!!!!!!!

Jeanne (today's happiest meowmie)

I'm so glad you got him back, three days would be an eternity here too, I'd
be climbing the walls after three hours.

I am happy to hear that Hobo is home again so you can all have a merry

But how do you know what happened to him?

Actually, we *don't* know what happened to him. That was a silly
wild guess. We did have a clue. He was seen going down into the
storm drain. He couldn't get out as it was too deep and narrow and he
couldn't leap that high from the floor. My son even removed the iron
cover and climbed in to rescue him but he had disappeared into the
pipe. After that, we have no idea what happened. We don't know how
far he went in the subterranean maze that goes for miles, we don't
know how or when or where he surfaced. And he isn't telling
Thank you for caring, we appreciate it.

Lots of purrs and best wishes for his sneezes to stop and for his leg to
recover,

Thank you. He's doing fine, though he's developed a slight limp and
has sneezing fits I'm going to have the vet check out. Otherwise,
he's happy to be home again and we're elated.
