Default Major rescue operation in New England

Do we have any members/lurkers who want an Aby (like Abelard) or a Bengal
kitty?

A very unfortunate situation has developed. A rescue is underway for around
150 cats - Abys, Bengals and Aby/Bengal mixes. I don't have details but I
suspect it might be a breeder shutting down.

The Abys and the main rescue movement is being coordinated by Rene Knapp.
Her email is .

Bengal rescue is being handled by Donna Gonyea at

If you can help with transport, foster care, donatons or adoption, those are
the folks to contact.

I know Rene does not adopt out of state. But if you want an Aby from this
group you should plan to come to Connecticut or Vermont to transport the Aby
home.
