I have to share my good news!
http://www.cats.org.uk/newsandevents...ories.asp#flag
I didn't say anything before, but I found out a few weeks ago that I had been nominated and shortlisted for the Flying the Flag category of this year's award. I went down to the ceremony this weekend, and was given the category award! I'm so proud, and this award is for all the volunteers at Preston Branch who I work with. All the nominees were awesome, and although I didn't meet him (he was at home with a family emegency) I'm sure the overall winner of the Awards well deserved to win. |

Congrats on all your hard work. You're so modest that I had no idea that you volunteered at all. I'm glad that you told us that you won. You deserve a bunch of head scritches, some shrimpies, a fleece pillow and a mousie of your very own. Pam S. joking and awed at the same time. |
