Sammy is unafraid of everyone and everything - she is the most confident and self-assured cat I've ever known. Or maybe it's just because she's a 6-month-old houlikitten! She was just walking along the desk dragging the bag behind her! And then had the nerver to look at me all innocent when I caught her!! http://www.PossiblePlaces.com/Caught/ Aww, bad Sammy! But how can you get mad at her when she looks at you all innocent-like? ;o) If I have a choice, I always get a paper bag, and those I can leave out for the cats to play in (needless to say, Nikki loves bags as much as she loves boxes). -- Marina, Frank and Nikki marina (dot) kurten (at) pp (dot) inet (dot) fi Pics at http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/frankiennikki/ and http://community.webshots.com/user/frankiennikki |

"CatNipped" wrote in message ... http://www.PossiblePlaces.com/Caught/ Hugs, CatNipped Great set of pictures...but also a good opportunity to remind people never to leave bags around with handles still attached. You, of course, were present in the room; but there are numerous accounts of cats that get their heads stuck in handles of both paper and plastic bags. Most are simply frightened, but others have actually been strangled. So, I always *cut* the handles of any bags I am not going to use; if I want to keep the bags, I either hang them in the closet (decorated bags for gifts, for example) or wad them up and keep them in another container (plastic bags). I also cut those plastice "circles" that enclose soft drinks because ducks and small animals have been known to get their heads stuck in them. MaryL |

Ditto. Luna was scared to death of the evil bag. Merlin's pulled this trick as well. He also managed to get a padded envelope stuck to his back leg the other day (I think he had slept on it) and made an incredible racket trying to run away from it, LOL. We laughed but he was quite scared, poor thing.
