Default Holly's gift

I wrote some time ago about Holly's evening gift. Every evening for some
time, I have heard this "moaning" sound. It is always Holly bringing the a
little toy mouse to me. This has been going on for some time (2 or 3
months), and it is always the same little red mouse.

Her pattern changed this week. Each morning for the last 3 mornings, I have
awakened to find the little red mouse in the bed beside me (and Holly
licking my nose). I surely am glad that her gifts are of the fabric kind
and not the "real" type!

Oh no doubt! Persia is afraid of mice. A couple of months ago Persia was
walking into the kitchen and I was right behind her. She stopped in her
tracks and literally *squeaked*. I looked and saw a dead mouse by the
baseboard. She wouldn't go into the kitchen until I had disposed of it.
Guess that's a good thing, huh? I wouldn't want that as a "gift" either

Holly is such a sweetie. If you get any piccies of the "mousie for meowmie"
ritual I'd love to see!

Thanks! I've tried to get the pics, but she drops the mouse if I try to get
to a camera while she's bringing it to me. If I remain still, she brings it
up and drops it at my feet (or in the bed beside me if I'm asleep).
