Sims question. OT

I have been reading your posts about Sims. It sounds interesting, but when I searched to find out more, I found about a hundred different Sims products. I did see that Unleashed brought pets into the fold, but what would be the best for the first one? Does it play all day like a screen saver? Also, what does it do to your memory? I have a year old Dell, and sometimes Pogo games will use up my memory if I play for a few hours. I have 256mg.

You need to have the original game before you can add any extension packs like
Unleashed. I think it's being marketed in stores now as Sims Double Deluxe.
This includes the original game and two expansion packs, Living Large and House
Party. You can add Unleashed to that. You may also be able to just find The
Sims (original game) and add whatever expansions you want. I think the Double
Deluxe is the better value and may now be the only one available.

You have to play the game, it doesn't just run all the time. I have a Dell
that's a year old with Win XP Home and I have 512mg of memory and never have had
a problem with the game. I believe the requirments are much, lower. The more
expansion packs you have the longer it takes to load but once it's up play is
good! I play Pogo games all the time. The only Pogo game that have run slow for
me are Squelchies and Tumble Bees, all the others run fine. You can email me
