The hardest thing I have ever had to type. Last night it my best

buddy
suffered some kind of stroke that caused him to loose control of his legs.
Within hours he became more and more weaker and quietly passed to the

bridge
while I held him in my arms. Just before he died he turned his head and

looked
me right in the eyes and then took his last breath. I miss him so much it

hurts,
I can't stop crying. I knew it was just a matter of time with his cardiac
problems and high blood pressure but I just hoped he would be around a bit
longer. I am glad I could be there with him in his last hours. Please purr

for a
safe voyage to the bridge and try and remember how flabulous he was.

TJ with no Dust

My heart goes out to you TJ. I feel your hurt and tears. Your memories
will hold you until the day you both meet again at the Rainbow Bridge. What
a reunion that will be! Many purrs and prayers coming to you from B.C.,
Canada.

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that. I think we all felt like we
knew Dusty and we'll all miss the big fellow's antics. We'll be
thinking of you.

Oh noooooooooo! I'm so sorry TJ. I just got to this message as I was
catching up with my messages after having been gone. This is so sad, now
I'm sitting here crying. The strangest thing is, only a couple of days ago
I was telling my friends about this udderly flabulous cat that I know in
Arizona but have never met. They thought I was weird, but I am proud to
have known him. I just feel so bad, I wish I knew something I could do.
Hugs and tears,

Oh dear, TJ, I'm so sorry to read this. There aren't many up sides to
losing a furbaby, particularly a legend like The Dust. And I'm sure
everyone has already said this, but at least he was with you, and you
were the last thing he saw. We all dread the day our older kids have RB
in their sights. All we can hope for is that they don't suffer and can
go quietly as Dusty did, in his mom's arms. Heartfelt condolences to you.
