Daisy-chan with an impish gleam snags Cash out on the dance floor then
politely asks if she can cut in. Cash stands bashful but stunningly
handsomely at the side winking at Pet2nya. With a giggle the ladies
swap for the rest of the song.

As the song ends, Daisy-chan bows to the crowd and Unca Sam finds she
forgot underwear. Snickering, she scampers off only to be replaced by
Meowy, Mimzy, and Sqweex who are asking for the next dance.

Cash meantime finishs a dance with Pet2nya then stands on the sidelines
wondering if Mimzy will gift him with a second chance to dance tonight.

Mimzy sed she would love to dance with Unka Adam too.

I've danced. I haf a question fur you - dere are a lot of other non-
corporeal kitties here, but they are in hiding so dat dey don't scare da
offur kitties. Do you fink it would be ok fur da offurs to come out of
hiding, if dey try real hard not to scare anykitty?

Amelia: I don't see why not. Everykitty knows that there are ghosts
living here, and we know about the line dividing the ghost-accessable
part of the room from the other part. So by all means, bring the others
out too.

tinkling sounds can be heard from all along the south wall of the
ballroom, as dozens of ghostly forms come gliding through the wall. Most
of the ghost cats just stand shyly and quietly along the wall, appearing
to be afraid of scaring the kitty guests.

Harri, Ranger, and Sammy approach the lingering ghosts and invite some of
them to dance. Soon most of the ghosts are dancing, some of them with
Community kitties and other with other ghost kitties.]

2 VC cats, one elegant and all in black, the other a small himalayan
enjoy a sedate dance and wink as Daisy-chan and Cash swirl by. Though
you can tell their age, they are as spry as kittens now.

Spying Aunti Mabel enjoying from her cushion they go over and plop down
to watch the ball with her. They need no introduction. They have been
watching over the same meowmie, though from the other side of the
bridge. All 3 snicker as Gruff and Clarence 'cut a rug' with the lady
cats.

"So Aunti Mabel, iffin you've checked in on Meowmie, what do you think
of all the birfday setups so far?" says Roscoe

"Oh they are most fancy! I neber thought I'd see an 16th birtday.
Dats quite venerable fur a doggie you know" she says in return.

"Sweet 16 Aunti!" says 'Face', the elegant black ladycat says with a
playful cheek rub.
