Although we don't see eye to eye on a LOT of things, I want to express
my deepest sorrow to you on the loss of
your BEAUTIFUL cat Persia. I KNOW how much she meant to you and it was
SO kind of you to give that man her RX food.
Her memories will be in your heart forever. When we lose a cat, or a
dog, it DOES hurt like you wouldn't believe.
This I know.
You did the kindest thing for Persia, but the hardest thing for you
Your Vet was VERY nice to give you the Memory Box with some of Persia's
hair in it.
I couldn't light a candle for Persia, because I don't USUALLY read this
group, but I lit one for you in my heart for comfort for you.
I HOPE you accept my SINCERE condolences.

I don't usually read RPCA, Because I don't feel welcome there, I was looking
for an update on Joy Gaylord's 4 month old kitten Koala, who is fine now
and I saw you post about Persia, and made a comment at and even though you
and I have might have had our difference over the years., I send my deepest
condolences to you on the loss of your beautiful Persia I'm glad the Vet
gave you a remembrance box with some of Persia's hair in it.. That was very
kind of them to do that for you. Persia was a beautiful cat. I did look
at her picture.
I couldn't find her candle site so I lit a candle in my heart for you for
comfort.
I know we've had our differences over the years, but life's too short to
hold grudges . Right?
I know you are heart broken and you did the hardest thing for you and the
best thing for Persia.
It was nice of you to give her litter to your neighbor and Persia's RX food
to the man who needed it.
You are a good person at heart. It's OK to cry Jill.
When the time is right, PLEASE consider getting another cat from a shelter.
Not only will you save a life, but you will have a good companion again,
who will thank you for saving his or her life and love you and you will love
him or her back. .
Of course, you don't want to lose another cat, we all don't. The last cat we
had lost was Mutt aka Waldo who went to Rainbow Bridge on his own on our
big bed Dec 8 2007. He was Dutch 'Velcro Kitty' who rode on Dutch's
shoulders and Mutt was a silly cat. and he was 19 years old. We still can't
think of Mutt without a mixture of sadness and joy.
2007 was the same year I lost both of my parents, who were divorced. It was
a sad yearc
