CN, wow. That was painfully harsh. I thought you were trying to rein in
the the personal dramatics for awhile, but now something else is coming out.

What's going on?

Response to "CatNipped" :

Just one question. Since when is it *my* responsibility to take
care of *your* cats?

I'll say this nicely once, and once only. Keep calling me a
bitch and I'll be forced to *show* you just how much of one I
can be. One more rant, one more accusation and you will be
very, very sorry you *ever* ****ed with me.

I'm recovering from a very painful surgery and would be glad to
vent that pain all *over* your ass.

It isn't your responsibility, but you are the one who made me
believe that I could seek assistance here. That was my point
BITCH.

"Seek assistance" finding Gabby a new home, "seek assistance" transporting
him to that new home (this, when you were considering having him euthanized
simply because you didn't know how to handle a cat)... *NOT* find assistance
to magically heal a dying cat. Your *VERY* explicit description of his
injuries left no other reasonable conclusion other than that he needed to be
humanely euthanized as quickly as possible to put him out of his pain. Are
we supposed to be some kind of ****ing magicians to 1) understand what the
****** you are rambling on about and 2) telepathically send out healing
"vibes" and 3) provide the assistance, *LONG DISTANCE* that you couldn't
find in your area code!!!

When someone comes on here to describe, in flamboyant and gross detail, the
injuries of a dying cat, and says "oh, I can't do anything for the poor
thing except watch him suffer", well *that* my dear is a most rusty and
tired *TROLL* - *NOT* a search for help.

And if you are talking about whipping my arse the spouse kindly
requests that you bring assistance.

Have you heard of the word metaphorically? No? Thought not. Physically?
Of course not, I wouldn't stoop to your level.

I couldn't think of another accusation offhand, other than you're a
childish bitch. So what happens now Ms. Threat Pants?

I can't explain that to you. Your lobotomy has taken away all your capacity
to reason out any explanation I could possibly give you (that is what caused
the frontal lobe damage, isn't it - your family had to have your brain
carved up to stop your abusive tendancies?)

You must seriously be out of your eccentric-arsed mind to think you
can intimidate someone or say what you want without anyone else
ever saying something different.

I can't and won't ever try to stop you from saying whatever the hell babble
you like - I can, however, make you read despicable things about yourself
every time you log on to this newsgroup (and I *know* you'll read them, you
can't help yourself, can you?)

Grow up lass, it's unbecoming at your age. By the way, do you need
my address? Or... ?

Nope, got your number already "ass" - oops, left off the "L" (actually I
didn't, I'm mocking you).

P.S. I hope you feel better and that there are no complications.

Thank you dear, I feel tons better now that I've vented on you a bit - ready
for round two?

Hugs,

CatNipped

Rhonda, this is Usenet, not a high school hall between classes or a therapy
session. And you are not sitting in some position from which you are
qualified to judge behavior or comments in this condescending manner. Or are
you? Is there some qualification you have that I don't know about?

I agree with CN. But of course we are all entitled to our opinions. What you
don't see is me or CN telling you that yours are not valid, or attributing
them to some sort of "psychological state" you are in. Ugh. This is the kind
of **** men have done to women to discount and invalidate them for
centuries.

Sorry for the novel - I'm still on tons of Vicodin and Robaxin (a *strong*
anti-spasm muscle relaxer), so I tend to ramble on a bit.

Added note. I googled my Methocarbamol and found out it's a generic name
for Robaxin. I'm supposed to take it 4 times a day at 500 mg. I dont take
it daily but when I need it, have 4 refills before I have to ask for more.
(refills are 120 pills).

Vicodin now that I see it, doesnt work for me. Been there, tried that.

Darn.
----------
Vertebrae failing to fuse
There are many reasons why vertebrae fail to fuse. These include smoking,
osteoporosis, obesity, and malnutrition. Smoking is by far the greatest
factor that can prevent a fusion from occurring. Nicotine is a toxin that
inhibits bone-growing cells. If you continue to smoke after your
operation, you could undermine the fusion process.
-------

Bone density tests scheduled, seems i have a problem there.

Maybe not. I have osteopenia (sort of "pre-" osteoporosis) and have still
been given a good chance. They, now-a-days, hold the bones together with a
titanium plate - that pretty much does the trick except in rare cases.

They both make me sick to my stomach, so I take as few as I possibly can
just to ease the pain. Actually, I was taking more pain meds *before* the
surgery!

Just replying in kind, Rhonda. Maybe you haven't read the posts (maybe 5 or
6 now) with the ad hominem attacks she's been leveling at me, calling me a
bitch, accusing me of abusing my cat, etc. I didn't answer most of those,
just let them to. Any why did she spew all that vitriol? Just because I
agreed with Cybercat that she is probably a troll (the definition of a troll
in a cat's newsgroup being posting things like "oh my cat is horribly
mutilated, it's legs are dangling by threads, I can't afford a vet, please
help me" - which is *exactly* what -Lost was doing. She jumps back and
forth between sweet and caustic, logical and blathering. Maybe she can't
help it, maybe she's bi-polar, but at this point it doesn't matter to me.
Attack me enough, for no reason, call me a bitch 20 - 30 times, accuse me of
abusing my cat, and I *will* eventually attack back. Simple as that.
Enough is enough.

I didn't accuse. I said I cannot help but think about your horror
stories of having to hood your cats or tie them down.

It's the truth. Don't be mad at me because I repeat it or express
my concern about it.

To make sure I'm clear... I SPECIFICALLY tried to word it in such a
way as to let you know how much respect I had for your dedication
to kitties (I've seen all your videos since I arrived and NEVER
have I seen a kitty of yours in anything but a stellar
environment).

The bitch statement still stands because of the games you play.

I thought when you put something in quotations it meant that you
were actually quoting someone?

Also, please make sure you continue to leave out the pertinent
information whereby you TOLD me to seek assistance here as a last
resort. Which is exactly what I did -- only with a bit more panic
after not reaching anyone by phone or not having a place to take
kitty until "business hours." Did I mention that they called it a
"courtesy euthanasia?" I'm not sure if that's standard practice or
not but it definitely shows me the level of care they possess.

So you ARE a bigot! Sheesh, I'm really sorry to hear that.

And sweet when I'm stupid enough to believe you are being cool
again and not playing games. Caustic when you call me a troll.
Logical and blathering... well, I've explained that enough.

At least there MAY be a reason for my idiocies -- what's your
excuse oh sane and rational one? Oh, oh... that's right. You
cannot take the bi-polar rantings of a disabled mother of four.

For no reason? What's the punchline?

Was it really only 20-30? Sorry for not making it clear enough
then.

Here's hoping your vertebrae are doing well and your Vicodin
"high" stays um... high?

Take care.

raises white flag (for a moment)

What do you mean by given a good chance? That it will not turn into
full-blown osteoporosis? Or a good chance your bones will not be
affected as badly?

I'm still trying to figure out what the hell "lifestyle advice" meant
on the Wikipedia article for osteoporosis.

Now let's see if you know the meaning of hyperbole. No? What about libel?
Slander? *BEING A DESPICABLE LYING ****WAD*???! Gee, what great trolling!
applauds Just for the record (and wow, I gotta say again, what a great
troll to make me go to the trouble of googling this - wasting 3 minutes of
my life on a brain dead retard of a troll - good going!!!) standing
ovation for the cretin

Very, very good trolling - hyperbole, libel, sarcasm, wow, I am just *so*
impressed.

Well, dear, repeating, word for word, your novel-length, disgustingly
descriptive dissertation on the horrible wounds of a dying cat would sort of
make me the same kind of troll as you.

Also, please make sure you continue to leave out the pertinent
information whereby you TOLD me to seek assistance here as a last
resort.

Here, dear, let me cut and paste back in what you deliberately took out -
just to give you something to cut out again when you reply (and you will
reply, you have a really good troll going on here, why wouldn't you want to
continue playing with me?).

""Seek assistance" finding Gabby a new home, "seek assistance" transporting

My heart is just breaking for the pain *you* went through. How dare that
mean little cat put you through such mental torture by imposing his mangled
body into your life!!!!

Yes, for no reason. Anybody who can read can go back and see exactly what I
said that made you go off on me. Care to state your version? Here's what
set you off:

"I'm coming around to the opinion that she's elaborately trolling the group.
Have you ever googled her? She's a bit more than she portrays herself to be
here."

In hindsight it seem eerily prescient now, doesn't it? I think I scared
myself - ooo I have goosebumps!

Was it really only 20-30? Sorry for not making it clear enough
then.

Yeah, you're a poor little disabled housewife and mother who "doan no nuttin
'bout no interwebs"!

Go troll somewhere else for a change - I'm getting really tired of your
games.
