Back to the vet - probably
Last night I noticed a pink spot at one of the incision sites on Boots.
There was no bleeding or oozing just pink tissue showing. This morning the tissue protruding from the scrotum. I thought the incision would be healed by this time (a week after surgery). Boots doesn't seem to care but I'm calling the vet in an hour when they open. W |

I called the vet, and they asked if it was pink or red. Pink. Then, she sounds fine. Just keep an eye on it. We had her done at the same time as my mom's cat, so we took both in when it was time for the stitches to be removed. They looked at her and said she looked great. What a stinker! She really grossed me out on that one. Meghan & the Zoo Crew Took him up to the vet the other day. He said it was scar tissue and no biggy. I was just concerned as it appeared that one incision site had opened back up. I haven't seen him licking back there very much but who knows maybe he got bored overnight and went to town. He didn't have any stitches to pull out. Guess he's gonna have one big lumpy scar on one side. Oh well once the fur grows back who's to see it right? W |
