Fundamentals of Catmerica economy are strong. Datz whut impurrtant.

"Lovable Louise", Purrezident

That's because the Catmerica economy is based on the toona standard
where the toonas are frozen in a warehouse. A couple years ago I had
the toona warehouse moved to the Pluto so the humans can't find
them. The human economy is based on paper and electronic numbers.
The Catmerica economy has always been strong.

If we ever need any of the toonas, I set up a teleporter there.

The important thing about the human economy is that we live with
humans and they use their money to buy us food. A lot of humans have
been giving their cats to the Humane Society because their humans
don't have the money to take care of their cats and their economy
won't take our toonas. That's why the human economy needs to be
fixed.

My question is if the Grand Pooh-Bah has a job duty of being the chief
advisor to the purrsident.

Mom says that she's tired too. But she doesn't spend enough time at
home because she claims she has to work and bring home toonas. If the
human government would take Catmerica toonas, she won't have to work
or worry about human toonas.

Clarence, I think an alternative action might be in order. Since we
have
a Purresident and a Grand Poohbah, I think we could balance things out
with a Head Honcho. The hoomins in Catmerica - errr, the US of
America -
maintain a system of checks and balances by having judicial,
legislative,
and executive branches of government. We do too, but I think we could
add
another layer of checks and balances by also having a tripartate
executive branch. LL currently holds two executive offices -
Purresident
and Grand Poobah. So why don't we also elect a Head Honcho? The Head
Honcho could work with the Purresident and the Grand Poobah as equal-
level peers.

I would like to nominate Clarence for the office of Head Honcho. Who
would like to second the nomination?

But I didn't abandon you. I believe in very limited government and
letting cats govern themselves. I believe that the most important
thing a purrsident, chief justicat and grand pooh-bah can do is to
make sure our humans are behaving. That's what I tried to do when I
was purrsident. It was a lot of work because humans are very stubborn
and untrainable.

"ClowderCat"
This is the situation. We have one kitty who is Purrsident, Chief
Justicat and Grand Pooh-Bah.

Lovable Louise was appointed Chief Justicat when Chester, former
Chief
Justicat, went to the bridge. Then Lovable Louise was elected
Purrsident. Between the election and the inauguration, Lovable
Louise
decided to become Grand Pooh-Bah.

What does the Grand Pooh-Bah do?

Do all of us kitties think that there is a catflict of interest in
this? Is Lovable Louise becoming overloaded because she has 3
positions?
