Default OT - Weight Purrs Request

OK, I wasn't going to say anything to anybody so that I wouldn't jinx
myself (sorry, I do believe in bad luck, either that or reincarnation
karma, how else could I explain my life?). But I'm too excited to keep
it completely to myself, so I'm posting just here and not telling anyone
else...

I got on the scale just now and I was at 99.4 pounds. Just .60 pounds
away from triple digits. OK, it's the end of the day, so I promised
myself I won't be depressed and disappointed if I get on the scale
tomorrow morning and see that I've lost weight overnight. I'm probably
full of fluid plus all the stuff I ate all day weighing me down. But,
hey, I'll take what I can get.

Once I hit triple digits, I can breathe a sigh of relief. If I can stay
there and gain even more that would be heaven!!!

Please, could I have some purrs for that .60 pounds to magically appear?

That's great news. I was just wondering whether you manage to put on
some weight.
I was glad when I hit triple digit. My problem is keeping it there. I
am afraid
to get on a scale these days.

I've been thinking of you lately, I hope you've been able to keep the
weight. Gaining can be as hard as losing - I've BTDT on both sides now
(gee, that gave me an ear worm)!

heh, I read that as "could I have some purrs for 60 pounds to magically
appear?" And had to throw it through a converter, beacuse I don't think in
pounds (except in terms of baby birth weights) and thought 'why the heck
woudl anyone wish to put on *27*kg.

Ok, so now I am perfectly happy to purr you your .6 pounds or about 300g.
Hope you get there. In fact, I hope you reach your goal weight before I
reach mine going the other way! (I hope to have lost 1.3kg or 3lb this week)

Purrs are on the way for you to hit triple digits and stay there.

Wouldn't it be nice if whenever we messed up our life we could simply press
'Ctrl Alt Delete' and start all over?
