Default Kitten on her Mother(father)

Y'know how kittens like to sleep piled up on their mother?

Y'know how my bitties think my boyfriend IS their mother?

Here's Dylan trying to have a nap, and here's Tyche doing what Tyche
does any time one or both of us is lying down anywhere (she prefers to
sleep on him, since he is her "biological mother" but I'll do if I'm
the only one in the bed.) If we're on our backs, she coils on our
chests. Kumani will sleep on our head unless Nox is already there;
then Kumani nuzzles into our bellies or knees.

I wonder if the Mothership would accept him as a cat? Being as he's
their motherfather.

I suspect they figured out the species difference when they were maybe
3 or 4 months old; it's just utterly irrelevant to parentage as far as
they're concerned.

Rusty sat on top of my sore hip whenever I was lying down on the couch.
It was like a purring heating pad.
