Default Cat feeder/waterer for two cats

Hi, I'm going on vacation soon and want to set up a feeder and waterer for
my cats so that my neighbor (who's watching them) just has to give them
their wet food at night.
My problem is that one of the cats is shy/submissive, and I'm worried if
the feeder has only one bowl, the "piggy" cat will intimidate the other cat
from eating....any ideas?
And does anyone have some favorites of these types of products they could
recommend? I'm thinking of the fountain type waterer since one of them
loves moving water and will favor it anytime instead of the water in his
dish..

Can you set up two bowls of food? One across the room from the other? That way
the piggy cat can't move fast enough to intimidate the other cat.

There are several inexpensive gravity feeders on the market that should do the
trick. Check the price at the pet store, THEN check the price including
shipping online. Often places like Petco.com has items for less including
shipping than purchasing the items direct. (They are having a sale on auto
water dishes)
