Ah well. Not only is V's leg back in plaster. Woke this morning to a blocked
sewer which is threatening to flood the house. Add into that the overnight
and continuing heavy rain and the stream has burst its banks and is well in
the garden.

Lots more purrs on the way. I don't suppose you want to know we have blue
sky and sunshine here in Yorkshire.

When it rains it... sorry, that's not a good platitude for this situation!
So sorry about all of this.

Thanks *everyone*

Luckily we didn't flood, but the stream got to be the highest it has for
some considerable time. Even made formal flood alert in the national press
this morning. Sewer blockage gone, thankfully.

Purrs for patience, quick healing, less water, and anything else you may
need!

You do seem to be having a run of bad luck!
