https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Jur3VGx7AQ report these jerks and maybe youtube will take down the video faster. maybe if the poster gets too many strikes on them they will consider not posting this content or lose their account. on the far right side there is a flag shape to report abuse click that choose violent or repulsive content. click that and pick animal abuse.
