One Edinburgh pub I go to keeps a selection of dog biscuits and the
barman knows each of the regular dogs' likes. This would be a bit
more challenging.

Dogs and cats, that's one thing. Tigers? It's ridiculous. I don't
think people should be allowed to have exotic, much less endangered,
animals as pets.

Then again, they're most likely to win the Darwin Award.

I dunno, I'd still love a tiger if it were possible (or practical).
So cute

Well, If a few million people kept tigers as pets, the tigers would
not be an endangered species.

I dunno about "cute" - they outgrow the cub stage rather quickly, and
you can hardly call a full-grown tiger "cuddly"!

No, but humans might! (Although given current rate of population
growth, and its negative impact upon the planet, that might not be a bad
thing.)

It sounds like the humans would be endangered in that situation.

I mean it in the sense that I'd at least *like* to cuddle a tiger.
A tame one anyway

They're not only cute, they're unbelievably soft! I got a chance to pet
one once. Its fur was much softer than that of any of my cats.
