Default "Vet Credit" Update

I never heard back from Christy's husband about us setting up a credit with
the vet for Chloe, Tyrone and Miss Pua. (Our mutual friend didn't hear from
him, either.) I don't know if this means he is not amenable to the
suggestion or if he was simply too busy to respond.

I know all too well how much is involved in the after-death process. It's
one thing with parents; that's hard enough. To lose a spouse is something I
can't begin to comprehend. "They" don't give you time to grieve; there's so
much paperwork, so many details to be sorted out and decisions to be made.
Thankfully I knew exactly what to do when it came to making arrangements for
my parents. I know he and Christy talked about it, painful as that must
have been.

He and his mother flew to Hawaii yesterday. Her last wish was to have her
ashes scattered on her beloved Maui.

She always told me (on the phone) she wished he could see Maui. She didn't
mean under these circumstances. (sigh)
