Default Vet Appt 9:15 Saturday

The cost for the vet home visit is prohibitive, what with everything else
going on. So I'll be taking Persia to the vet at 9:15 on Saturday morning.
Poor baby.

Poor you, too. It isn't easy taking a cat that doesn't want to go to the
vet.

At least she probably won't throw up since she's not eating much. I did go
buy her a couple of cans of FF so she has eaten tonight.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That may be better, in the long run. I like the idea of having a vet come
to your home, but I am also concerned about some of Persia's symptoms. It's
possible that she may need tests that cannot be done in your home because
even a well-stocked mobile unit will probably not have all the equipment
that is available in the vet's office. Also, please consider switching
entirely to a *grains free* high-quality canned food with *no* dry kibble.
Please keep us upgraded. I hope you receive a good report for Persia.
I keep trying to feed my cats healthy food but they sure prefer FF.
Well, some varieties. And that will change once I stock up on those
varieties.
Hope it's teeth and not anything worse. Having had thyroid problems before
can sometimes cloud the issue, of course she will cry when there is kibble
in front of her if she's hungry and she cannot eat it because it hurts. The
fact that she eats soft food well means she hasn't actually lost her
appetite, IMHO.
Good luck, keep us posted.
I'm wondering too, although I imagined that the visit involved blood tests
that haven't come back yet.
