Fingers crossed (Not OT)

I'm on leave now but I had to get up early because I was expecting a registered delivery I'd need to sign for- that arrived very early and as I'd been up late the night before I stretched out on the bed for a moment whilst considering my plans for the day so for once I had a long day ahead of me perhaps I'd go to the Wellcome Collection etc

The Floofy Monster (Spirit) jumped on the bed for a skritchie and a chance to wash my hands she does this occasionally then jumps off the bed and heads for the kitchen- in case food is about to be put down (She can speed eat)

Today I told her she's 9 months old and she looked at me then started to have a wash still sitting on the bed

I dared to hope after all it's been 9 months...Then she settled down next to me and snuggled up..YES! I had a Snuggle Buddy for the first time since we lost Sarsi!

Of course I didn't want to dissuade her from doing it so I curled up next to her and had the best sleep in ages....

And woke up so late IO didn't have time to do anything much

Fingers crossed she'll do it again!
