I have no idea as to how much....at all... The local (San Francisco) SPCA and Humane Society (San Mateo) are $40.00 and $45.00 respectively. However, both require proof of vaccination (FVRCP) which, if acquired at a low cost vaccination clinic, costs around $12.00. |

Ask an animal shelter. I'm in Maine and the state actually has a program
where the state will pay for spaying, etc. I got a cat from a shelter a few years ago and they gave me a paper to take with me to the vet for free spaying. |
