Default Mir is finally eating knock wood

Mir is very perky today. She chased snow greeblings first thing this
morning (it snowed during the night). She hasn't eaten since we came
home from the vet's on Tuesday, when she ate a couple of pieces of
boiled chicken. Today, she had a few false starts, when she looked like
she was going to bite into her meat, but then turned away, then finally
she ate a piece. Then another piece.

I actually cried with relief.

I can understand that. It's been my experience that once they start to eat
again, they're well on the road to recovery. I certainly hope that's the
case with Mir.

I'm sorry I haven't been posting purrs for you but you know they are here
for you and Mir. I'm glad she's started eating, even if just a little bit.
The purrs continue.

I'm all too familiar with that helpless feeling when your cat is sick,
and won't eat

And I know that when a sick cat finally eats, it IS cause for real
celebration!

Sending purrs that Mir is well on the way to complete recovery.

I'm so glad she's getting better, purrs for that to continue.

I'm so pleased that Mir has started to eat. I know that desperation when
they refuse food from nursing KFC along through her various crises and I too
have cried with relief when she ate even a mouthful. It's usually a good
sign once they start so here's purrs coming for continued improvement.

YAY!!!!!!!!!

Just look her in the eye and tell her, if she eats she'll get better.

Purrs for her continued recovery
