I duzn't know about balanz of power. I jus know catz nefur looz their
balanz. :-) As far as I know there ar onlee 2 laws in Catmerica:

1. If a cat wants ssumfing, it must happen.
2. If a cat duzn't want sumfing, it kin nefur happen.

Howsoefur, I beleef this wuz to apply to hoominz dutiez to cats. Duz
