It's 11 at night here. There's a raging thunderstorm outside. It's
Nathan's birthday - the front door bell went as the parents of one of
Nathan's mates turned up to collect her son. It is *evil* out there.
Cue one very wet, very cold, very bewildered dog on my doorstep! The
dog has a name tag on - with a phone number. The area code is
*Plymouth* - a couple of hundred miles from here! I currently have
one drying, warming, silent, traumatised old lady dog lying on the
floor of my office.

Purrs please??? *please*

Lost d*g purrs on the way! Smart d*g to know who the most kindhearted
hoomin in the area is Hope you can get in touch with her slaves soon as
a familiar face (or smell maybe) would probably be the most soothing thing
for her right now.

Can I take it that you've tried the number and got no answer?

Purrs for the doggie. She may not know where she's supposed to be,
but she knew where to go for help.
