Default Purrs please for a missing cat

A woman knocked on my door yesterday, telling me someone in the
neighborhood had told her I was the one to talk to about cats (yep, I
am once again officially the Crazy Old Cat Lady!). Her sweet little
5-month-old kitten, Butterfin (he's a gorgeous white and cream by the
picture on the flyer) has gone missing. I gave her all the ideas and
advice I could come up with. She also has a pregnant cat hanging
around, so I gave her what information I could on that, and rescue
groups' phone numbers, etc. I lit a candle and sent out a prayer to
Bast that little Butterfin be found healthy and get back home, and I'd
like to ask all you wonderful folks here that want to if you would add
your purrs to get this little one back home to what appears to be a
very caring mom and a nice person.

Here's the funny part, in terms of weird, not ha-ha. The neighbor who
told her she should talk to me because I knew a lot about cats and
took in a lot of strays was the woman who lives in the Animal Abusers
household next door! All I could do was shake my head. Maybe I have
been slowly getting through to her, and maybe I *can* help Arthur's
sister. I surely hope so. I've been trying to be helpful, not
confrontational, so maybe that catching more flies with honey thing is
true. We'll see.

Anyway, thanks for any purs/prayers for Butterfin!
