Default Cat peeing in front of litter box

I have three cats. 2 females (4 year old sisters) and 1 male (3 years
old). My wife and I moved into a new house about a month and a half ago.
The cats seem to have adjusted fine. For some reason yesterday one of the
female cats decided to pee right in front of the litter box, instead of in
it. She did it again last night.

Anyone have any idea why she might have done that?

She needs to see a vet. She may have a urinary tract infection.
