Would someone please post advice on what software to use to read news
from news.individual.net? I used to have it set up ages ago, but that
was before a hard drive crash that wiped everything out. Wasn't there
something called 40tude (or something that began with 40)?

Accessing newsgroups on Google does not afford me the use of a
killfile. It's patently obvious that I need to be able to PLONK people
in order to read this group in peace.

I think it's easy enough to skip posts. Usually, I don't even do that.

Just go their website, which is called (not surprisingly,
news.individual.net) sign up, pay them 10 euros a year and off you go!
