[OT] The Yowlet turns 1!

I still can't believe a year has passed since my beautiful baby boy was
born!

My family had a small party for Cary, and my sister was kind enough to take
the photos after my camera's batteries conveniently died as we got there.

Here's my sister's Yahoo page, and the album you need to look at is Cary's
first birthday. Cary's cousin (my sister's daughter) is Sarah.

Nope, not belated - his birthday is the 5th.

The confusion comes fromthe different time zones were are in. I sent the
original message this morning on the 5th of April at about 10am my time, and
you obviously read Jill's reply that was posted only an hour later, but when
you posted your message it was still the 4th of April where you are.

Its very confusing, but does make things fun when I rang people on the 1st
of January 2000 and told them that they were a whole century behind!

I loved watching the whole "Y2K" thing. I had to work that day to make sure
the world (well, our servers) wasn't going to end. Your part of the world
had already proven it wasn't a big deal. I had to laugh at the people who
stockpiled bottled water, canned goods, took all their money out of the bank
and hunkered down waiting for a catastrophe.
