Free Private Health Insurance and food for people on MEDICAID

Offered: Private Health Insurance, as well as a box of food every month from
the Angel Food Ministries. At no cost to the individual. This is
Missouri-wide, and there is no limit to the amount of people we can enroll
for both the insurance and Food.

We are a Non-Profit organization trying help and assist any and all people
on MEDICAID. There is no cost to the individual for any benefits received
from our organization.

1st Benefit: You receive Private Health Insurance that covers Medical
(covers all pre-existing conditions), Dental (limited the first year),
Vision, Prescription and Life ($25,000). There is no cost to you or any
family member that is on MEDICAID and will not affect in any way ANY
Federal, State, or Local assistance you may be already receiving.

2nd Benefit: We purchase in your name a box of food every month that you are
enrolled in the insurance from the angel food ministries organization. We
find the closest location to you and once a month you will need to pick up
the food (please provide your own box.) In some cases we have had the food
delivered for those that are homebound or unable to travel.

The company that wrote our insurance policy is donating back what it makes
on the policy so that we can in turn purchase the food in your name. There
is no cost, and as I stated before we are a non-profit.
