Three kittees go to the bridj [SAD]
This is Raphael. Mom went back to work this week after Hurricane
Katrina. Life will never be the same for anyone she works with, ever again. One of the men had three kittees. The water started coming into his house. He tried to put the kittees on his dresser, thinking the water wouldn't go any higher. He put two on the dresser and then caught the third one. The other kittees were scared and jumped off. The water got deeper. He kept trying to catch the kittees and the water kept getting deeper and deeper. They drowned. He really tried to keep them safe but the water just kept coming in. His whole house is gone. He has some clothes people gave him. This was just one person in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. Maybe we could list all the anonymous kitties who died at the Jellicle Ball. Yours in tears, Raphael |

Dearest Raf, I am so sorry for your friends loss, it is very hard especially when we do our best and it still doesn't go right, I hope yourmom is able to help without getting too upset, it is stories like this that do in fact make us feel so blessed for our own safety, Miss Violette, sitting quietly and holding raf's paw and a huge box of Kleenex for him and hismom... wrote in message ups.com...
