He was only 11 and a half years old; I loved him for 10 and a half
years. He came to me as I was mourning my beloved Max (RB). Dear Amber
brought laughter and love to my life. He had so much personality. He
could be so charming and cute and innocent and, yet, imperious.

He was the king of the household and ruled with a benevolent paw. But
this last year he often let Robin take over. Training him? I think so.
Amber was a clown; Robin is a clown.

I am so sorry. Skilled cat clowns are an elite; my Clifford (RB) was
one. Hopefully Amber and Clifford will meet, and they will provide
inspiration to Robin.

Purrs from Mr. Clark, who is more intimate but less of a clown than
Clifford, Rhonda, and Ding, who, some day, may convert his misadventures
into elegant clowning.

Your words mean so much to me. Thank you. I am glad Robin is a clown
and that you have a clown in training. A cat clown is great for
uplifting spirits.

I don't know if it's special for clowns, but Clifford is the only one of
my furry friends with whom I still feel an active connection. Has made
me rethink some assumptions about the afterlife.

Oh CATherine, I'm sorry for your Amber. I'm sure my Fireball would be
honored to walk paw in paw with your Amber. Maybe running and chasing like
my Fireball hasn't done in several years. Tag Amber, lets race.

Headbutts, Lisa.

snip loving remembrances

Oh CATherine, not you too!! I am SO, so sorry. Please try to take

comfort
in the fact that you gave him the life he would have most wished for.
Healing purrs are headed your way and now I'll be lighting two candles to
guide Amber and Fireball on their journey to the bridge.

I have lit candles also. Perhaps Amber and Fireball are travelling
together to the Bridge. Maybe swapping stories of their lives. Amber
did have a great life. He was much loved. Thanks for the comfort you
have given me in the extremity of your own grief. Hugs and tears for
you and your furfamily.

*hugs*
He left too soon, but who are we to judge when their time's up. He will
be waiting for you at the RB, hanging out with the rpca gang.
*sigh* It seems the rpca gang is getting bigger and bigger every day.

I will miss my alter ego. My Familiar. My Precious Boy. My Love. I
have cried most of the day. Now I am done. I am empty.

I know exactly how you feel. Lots of soothing energy coming from us to you.
