Meowmie vs the BOY
The BOY is the MALE hoomin that comes over and snuggles with Meowmie.
He's a nice hoomie and gives all of us scritches and lovins and cuddles. He took care of us when Meowmie abandoned us for Fangsgiving and gave us GOOSHYFOOD. but he snuggles with Meowmie and takes up waaaaaaaay too much space on the bed and the couch. but Mayhem and Imp and I have gotten together and have made a list of things we've discovered that makes the BOY different from Meowmie. Certain things work with Meowmie but not the BOY. 1. The BOY has very sensitive feet, so do under no circumstances ever bite them. We got kicked off the bed. 2. Though the BOY looks like he has a big soft tummy and Meowmie likes to rub it and snuggle it, and you would think it would be soft to jump on, the BOY does NOT like it when you jump on the tummy. 3. Though Meowmie has come to accept us putting cat hair all over her stuff, the BOY seems to be surprised when his jacket is covered in it. But then on the flip side, there ARE things the BOY DOES appreciate that Meowmie does NOT. 1. the BOY understands a prompt breakfast at 6 am. Period. Everyday. 2. the BOY loves to make a nest on the floor to lie down and knows that by doing so must pay homage to any passing feline by giving scritches. 3. The BOY likes to make things in the living room and actually LIKES it when we HELP him by sitting on his things. The BOY is very strange. I'm not sure what Meowmie sees in him, but for the moment i think we'll keep him. Mischief |

Give him the "blinkie-eye love kiss" from me (if he understands the 6am breakfast feast, he sure gets the "kiss"...) Actually, that's another thing, the BOY hates the kiss. He's like Meowmie and doesn't like whiskers or a furry nose in his face. and whisper in Meowmie's ear that he sounds like a keeper to me. How's the job doing these days? thats...uh..a very long story....i haven't really posted anything cause i've been lurking.... but short summary is that the PTSD from the accident has left me quite messed up. So i'm taking much needed medical leave to work stuff out. The BF has been very supportive in taking care of me and so have the kitties in being furry nurses. But I'm still working with the insurance companies, therapy, psych claims, etc. it's been a very long sordid affair that has been very tedious and tiring. I will get through it, very slowly, but eventually. I have the kitties, a loving family and a loving BF to take care of me. Kristi |

But this morning, Mayhem FINALLY found that his lower back is a nice snuggle spot when the BOY is sleeping on his tummy. Cause last night she try to climb over him and he didn't like that one bit. Of course, according to him, he tried to climb over his groin....hehehe Kristi |
