I've asked the mothership to send me another cat but so far no luck.

I have just got another cat, my aunt died last year and her cat,
Georgie,
went to live with her cleaner. She has now split with her husband so
Georgie has come to live with me.

He's only caught a glimpse of her so far, he wasn't impressed.

This is what puts me off from getting another cat from a shelter rather than
wait for one to appear. .I would like to, but I know Boyfie would hate it.
If one appears, it will have been in the garden for some time and he would
have allowed it. Just like Kitty Farmcat did for him.
If anycat comes near his back door now there is a fight so I don't think
he'll be inviting a cat here very soon.

He doesn't want to share his meowmie and house and I'm not going to insist.
I would really like to adopt another cat preferably a half feral boy and
have him neutered. Boyfriend says NO. Absolutely NOT. I reminded him
that that's what happened to him and now he has a nice home but I know he
isn't going to say "so let's get another boy I don't know so I can share "
