I really did mail the card today. You must have thought I disappeared. I
get migraine h/a's as do many other RPCA'ers. I have a great neurologist (I
say great because he is very well schooled, is published, and also gets
migraines so he knows what he is talking about). He is helping me through
this.

Well I must have been captured by the Migraine Monster about three or four
weeks ago because I have been down and out from either the headaches or the
hangover from having to take the meds to deal with them.

I am so anxious to get out of the house and see the world. This group and
my three furries are my only friends at this point as I am lousy company for
anyone else. David is in Los Angles.

I hope things get better for you soon, real soon.

Charleen, who hopes to soon be headacheless.

I'll be looking forward to getting it :-)

I know about the Migraine Monster, too, although I have been very
lucky in the past few years to have had very few. I discovered a lot
of mine start out as sinus headaches, and if I catch them quickly
enough and do acupressure around my eyes, it seems to stop them.

{{{{{Charleen}}}}} Purrs for your migraines to begone, begone, begone!

Thank you so much Suz. This last go around just wiped me out. I've been
getting these thing for going on 37 years now. I'm sure that they are not
getting worse, I believe that as I get older I am becoming less tolerant of
the headaches.

I have been thinking of you. Have you been able to find a wonderful aide
for the week-ends? I surely do hope so.

Is Joanne doing well? Is her back alright now? She is such a nice person.

Were is that wonderful restaurant you told the group about? Yum, yum, my
kind of food.

Did you have a good time when you were here in Florida? Did you get to do
Flea Markets as you wanted to? I wasn't able to contact you and spend time
with you as I wanted to. David's mom broke her right leg and I was at their
house three days and two nights a week taking care of her plus running the
house. Hope you had a great time.

Not sure when I am returning to Woburn. I hope soon. My mother has been
moved to a nursing home. She is in the first stages of dementia. She
always knows me when we talk on the phone but she doesn't always know where
she is or what we were talking about a minute ago.

Please give Spicey scritches for me and tell her that I am a nice person and
she doesn't have to attack my tennies any more. I can't believe I was
locked in the bathroom by a three pound adorable kitten!

Take care of yourself. You say such wonderful things on the board. I'm so
glad I know you.

Charleen
