Recipe: L's Cold Chicken Slop.. (OT)

Laurie's Cold Chicken Slop

1 can chopped pineapple (drained)
1 cup raisins
3 cups chopped apples
Grilled chicken from grill - cubed (6 to 8 cups depending on how many eating
the slop)
or
Canned chicken (drained) - (6 to 8 cups depending on how many eating the
slop)
3/4 to 1 cup coconut
1 cup celery (chopped finely)
3 cups pecans
1 bx. frozen peas - semi-thawed

Chill for 1 hour. Now add what you would like to the slop (or remove
something), and make it
"Your Cold Chicken Slop" when you send it to someone. (I added the
raisins).

Serve on bed of lettuce with Italian bread, butter and cold, cold white wine
if you'd like.
