Did Dan M. pick this kitty up today for the guy in Washington? I would just

Last I heard on rpch+b someone over in in that group called the shelter and told the manager that they were giving the cat to a whacko who abused animals and the shelter manager changed her mind about doing an out-of-town adoption.
