Default Emily and Pea are getting a brother!

Later this month, my husband and I will be visiting my mom in Texas - and
coming home with a kitten. The breeders from whom my parents got their
beautiful Birmans have some kittens who are ready to go to their forever
homes and they're holding a boy for me.

I'm so excited!

That is excellent Brenda....I have decided not to get a playmate for
Gizmo....as much as I'd love another cat, I don't think she would. She is a
very independent "loner" cat....which means more attention for her
meowmies!!! (well, mostly me).....

Good luck

Angela and Gizmo

Dallas area. We're not natives - my sister settled there after college,
and our parents moved down there after Dad retired. What part of Texas do
you live in, Victor?

I hadn't planned to get another cat after Bunter died (end of May this year)
as I still have Emily and Pea. But I do miss Bunter dreadfully, and Birmans
are very sweet kitties, very like Bunter, so when my mom told me about the
Birman kittens, I couldn't resist.

It's going to be interesting bringing him home on the plane, and seeing how
my two middle-aged cats react to a kitten. I'm going to have lots of
stories to post, that's for sure.

Awww! I love Birmans. They are so cute and fluffy. My friends have 2,
littermate brothers, very adorable. Vino's dad was a apparently a Birman,
but I'm not so sure he wasn't actually a Ragdoll. Can't wait to see pic's
of the new addition :-)
