Default Refilled Persia's Catnip Mousie

I just refilled Persia's velcro closure catnip-filled which we call her
"kitty sock". She watched me every step of the way. (I store dried catnip
in the freezer. I store most of my dried herbs for cooking in the freezer,
too.) After I refilled the kitty sock with catnip Persia licked it like
crazy. Then she tossed it arond. Now she's snoozing with her head right
next to it. She does love da nip

I'm glad Persia had some fun with her "kitty sock"! I think it's so
adorable when they get "stoned" and then fall asleep in such a way that
they can still inhale the fumes

Weeble has been constantly "refinding" His Purple Puffball....

We have real catnip growing in our garden... well, taking over our
garden is a more proper term. Every couple days I break off a stalk,
and walk around the house shredding the leaves and dropping them.
Followed by 10 curious cats. They love it. They eat it. So do the
dogs (but they don't seem to get stoned from it).

That stuff grows like kudzu (not really, but it seems that way). I have
ripped out entire stalks, with the roots, and given them to friends, who
planted it in their garden - one of my friends lives about an hour's
drive from me, and she didn't plant it right away, so it was all wilty
and dead looking when she did finally plant it. It grew!

And may we assume it's because of catnip? G

Oh yes, it's a very invasive plant. It's from the mint family.

LOL So long as they like it!
