Default Tiger is at the vet

Early this morning I took Tiger to the vet. He needs a rabies shot and
a badly needed "butt shave". He has to be sedated for the shave because
he doesn't take kindly to being "messed with". That means he didn't
have breakfast and he will probably be a terror when I pick him up at
5:30. Hopefully he won't be leaving "klingons" around the house for a
while.

The tree line here is about 4000 feet. The Presidential range is mostly
higher than that going as high as 6,288 feet (Mt. Washington).
Therefore, many of the mountains are "bare" when the snow melts.

Thanks for the purrs. I expect Tiger to be very hissy and growley when
I pick him up.

Yes, the pleasures of a long-haired cat. I find these "klingons"
occasionally, too. Not too often, at least.

Hope he forgives you soon!

Default Tiger is at the vet UPDATE

As expected, Tiger hissed and growled all the way home. He calmed down
after he had his supper (he didn't have any breakfast). The vet said
his teeth looked very good.

Whew. It sounds like your life will be spared.

Glad he's in good health!

Glad to hear he's back home and alright. Food is a great calmer-downer. :P

Default Tiger is at the vet UPDATE 2

Today Tiger is feeling poorly. He seems lame and slow moving. I'm sure
this is a reaction to the rabies shot. He is eating less but is using
the litter box. Amber seems to be following Tiger's lead and is not
eating much. Hopefully tomorrow he will be better.

Poor Tiger and Amber Is is hot where you are? Our 4 are acting like
floompy towels, in our 80 degree heat.. Purrs for Tiger to feel better, and
Amber too.
Love

Default Tiger is at the vet UPDATE 3

This morning Tiger is feeling better but not 100 percent yet. He was
not able to jump up to the first level of his cat tree but he is walking
better and ate a good breakfast. Amber also ate a good breakfast.
