A half-digested dead mouse after the cat has threwn up on your carpet ...

Coming back from a vacation to find that the cat has dragged his toys
out of the toy chest and left them lying everywhere.

Assuming that the big rat-sized fur mousie lying on the kitchen floor
is your cat's toy...until you look in his kitty toy chest a week later
and discover that the big rat-sized fur mousie toy is in _there_.
