Default Find Booty

It's kind of slow tonight, so thought I'd post a pic I took today. See if you
can find Bootsie. She was *so* high up. She can climb like a monkey.
Actually, it's a horrible picture and I feel awful about it. I just hope there
weren't any baby birds in the house. I've got to have my son scoot up there and
take that birdhouse down. I just never thought about the cats going that high
up in that tree.

That's a beautiful picture. She must be part squirrel! I would guess
that Bootsie-girl must have noticed something in that birdhouse if she
was that interested in it?

That's what I'm afraid of. I didn't see her get anything, but I was afraid she
heard babies in the house. I hope not, though.

Wow, that's high up. Does she come down by herself?

Oh yeah. I do think she's part squirrel. Sometimes she jumps from the trees to
the top of the house, though, and bawls till DH gets the ladder out. But she
knows how to jump back to the tree and get down. I've seen her do it.

She's like Nikki, then. Nikki's good at climbing, and she enjoys hanging out
on the roof of the shack where we sleep on the island. She is very well able
to come down on her own, but if I'm in the vicinity when she wants to get
down, she starts craning her neck at me and meowing pitifully. This means
that I have to go and stand below her, so she can jump down on my back. She
treats me as her ladder.
