Default Cats The Musical DVD9

Posting this to abdvd, abdvdr and abmvintage-film.post-1960

The post won't be complete until Friday maybe. I have a slow DSL
connection.

Gen Musical

Tagline: The World's Best-loved Musical - The Memory will Live Forever

Plot Outline: "Jellicle" cats join for a Jellicle ball where they
rejoice with their leader, Old Deuteronomy. One cat will be chosen to
go to the "Heavyside Layer" and be reborn. The cats introduce
themselves.

User Comments: Highly Enjoyable Musical-to-Video

My rip. I used DVD Decrypter and then Free DVD to remove remaining
protections. I tested it by burning a DVD from the files made from the
rar set. Everything, menus and all works fine exactly as on the
original DVD. This rip is not shrunk but is a DVD 9 sized VIDEO_TS
folder. You will need a dual layer burner and disk.
To get the main menu you have to use the menu button on your DVD
player. The default is that it skips past the main menu right after
you select the sound type and it goes directly into play mode. This is
exactly the way it is in the original DVD. The main menu allows access
to a further soundtrack selection, selecting a particular song and a
'The Making of Cats' featurette.

Post overview, first billed only:
Elaine Paige .... Grizabella the Glamour Cat
John Mills .... Gus the Theatre Cat
Ken Page .... Old Deuteronomy
Rosemarie Ford .... Bombalurina
Michael Gruber .... Munkustrap
John Partridge .... Rum Tum Tugger
Aeva May .... Demeter
Geoffrey Garratt .... Skimbleshanks the Railway Cat
James Barron .... Bustopher Jones
Jo Gibb .... Rumpleteazer
Drew Varley .... Mungojerrie
Susie McKenna .... Jennyanydots the Gumbie Cat
Jacob Brent .... Mr. Mistoffelees
Susan Jane Tanner .... Jellylorum
Phyllida Crowley Smith .... Victoria

DVD rip - Full Disc - Nothing stripped
NTSC DVD 9
