meow AMELIA
Amelia
I think TV stations should be contacted about this kitty Maybe SOMEONE could transport that poor little kitten to his Forever home, 76 miles away, and it would make a GREAT Christmas story. What do you think? There HAS to be a way to get him to his Forever Home. SO many people have worked SO hard to make this happen. How about a newspaper story also ? Where is the kitten now? Mosey |

Where is the kitten now?
Mosey I am pleased to announce that the little kitten is now in her new home in Pennsylvania. The needed driver volunteered, and the little guy is now in his new home. There are also a couple of changes in his status. First, his name has been changed from Teo to Jake, and the lady who had volunteered to foster him has now adopted him. So he is now in his forever home! This is evidence that good things do happen to good kitties. Amelia |

Oh, Amelia, that is GOOD news indeed. Wonderful, in fact. May Jake and
his human lady have a long and happy life together Love Mosey, Sqweex, Pooky, amd Pipps .....happy happy happy My Paw got an email from the transport coordinator with a link to a bunch of photos that the volunteer drivers took of Jake during the transport, and even one short video clip. It turns out that Jake was not born completely without hind legs, it's just that the bottom portions of his hind legs (what would be the fetlock on a horse) are missing. The video clip shows that Jake a pure kitten, a play machine, and not in the least hindered by his deformed rear legs. The photos are at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/? set=a.195733453849282.45346.100002378875940&type=1 &l=b2a69c2fb7 and the video is at http://s271.photobucket.com/albums/jj136/motega48/? action=view¤t=M4H02852.mp4 |
