It sounds serious. I would take this cat to a vet as soon as you can. If the
cat is constantly sneezing then he/she could have an upper respiratory
infection. As for drooling that could mean other ailments.

Has your cat suddenly started doing this? I ask because we used to
have a particular cat who used to dribble when he was content, eg if
he was being stroked, and sneezed when he got excited (this made him
an absolutely appaling mouser because hunting was one of the main
things he got excited about). The vet said it was just a quirk though
and that there was nothing physically wrong with him. Obviously, I
would still take your cat to the vets and have him / her checked out
because it could be serious, but I just thought I'd share my
experience.

I would check with vet, but I have had several sinus infections that
have been buggers to get rid of.--
