Winter has returned

it has been in the high 59 65 f range pretty consistently here for a while
with some gusts up into the 70 and even a couple of days up into 81 f
teritory... saturday night north of chicago they had almost six inches of
snow, blessedly we got very little, oops i said that wrong. almost 12
inches in chicago whic is several hundred miles away but just 35 miles away
in springfield IL they broke a record, 5.8 inches. I so hate all of it i
never even asked DH if it was gone when he went out yesterday, Lee

After many sunny days, it snowed all day on Saturday here. Then on Sunday,
it was warm again, so everything turned to slush. Yuck! I wish the white
stuff would go away already and let spring come.

The owners here agree with yours! They're all terribly irritated by the
snow, wind, and cold, and they seem convinced that it's all MY fault!


It IS, isn't it? It's a sneaky day here-- LOTS of sunshine, and it's
freezing out. :P

We have had two more storms here, each leaving about four additional
inches of the white stuff..... much more in the mountains. The good
side is it will help the water storage and, hopefully, will end the
water storage. Another storm is due Tuesday. TuTu holes up when a
