We tried tu help tu, spayshully me, Sam, butted wen we wuz bein mos

Thank God for good friends! There's a reason this old house was so cheap
when I bought it! Still, I can't complain about that old Maytag drier -
I don't know how old it is; it was among the appliances and
miscellaneous bits of furniture I paid a flat price for when I bout the
house, which wasn't yesterday. And now it's working better than ever,
thanks to my friend's husband. The hot water tank was put in in 2002
(also, actually, by my friend's husband), so I can't really complain
about that, either. It's well out of it's warranty period.

The TV is quite impressive! It's like a mini-theatre in my bedroom.
